Trilinguality: past and future

Abstract

In the article the questions of a trilingual Kazakhstan, the idea of the cultural project «Trinity of languages». The acquisition of citizens three languages, comes from today's realities: the Trinity of languages will be a testimony to the country's competitiveness. Kazakhstan is developing a policy of trilingualism. The idea of trilingualism is neobhodimo for our state because today we are successfully developing our country, where are the right language policy. The need for knowledge of three languages — a requirement of time. The people of Kazakhstan should be recognized throughout the world as a nation of highly educated,
speaking three languages: Kazakh language — the state language, Russian as the language of interethnic communication, and English is the language of international relations.
